3 BED TOWNHOUSE

This 3 bedroom townhouse was built in a traditional Andalucian style by renowned local architect, David Marshall. The house is situated just a few metres from the village centre, yet is far enough away to provide a peaceful environment. The swimming pool is located close to the house, and there are 2 large terraces and one smaller terrace with stunning views towards the Sierra de las Nieves. 

THE SPACE

The man entrance of the house opens into the lounge/dining area. Here there are 2 large sofas, a small terrace with a table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, this bedroom opens out onto a large terrace with BBQ and and an outside dining table and chairs. Upstairs from the lounge/dining area are 2 further bedrooms and another bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a king sized bed, and the other has a double bed. The top level of the house has a large roof terrace, with a table and chairs and sun loungers.This house has sleeping arrangements for 6 people, incorporating 2 double beds and 1 king sized bed. The house has fast fibre internet access and air conditioning/warm air heating on all levels.

GUEST ACCESS

There is a small parking area above the property, which can be reached via steps. Alternatively guests can park on the main street or in a nearby car park. The village is a flat walk away, just a few metres to the main street, through the plaza with it´s "Bodega" bar. It´s a beautiful location.
