THE SPACE
A newly built apartment, light and airy with nice views to the pool area and the village of Benahavis from the terrace, lounge and bedrooms. Situated on the top floor the apartment has a huge shade to cover the whole terrace for those baking hot summer days. Open plan kitchen/lounge/diner that opens onto the terrace, separate laundry, a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
RIVERSIDE
Guests also have access to the underground parking area where there is a reserved parking space, a lift to all floors and the communal pool area, guests will be given an access card to enter the swimming pool area.
BENAHAVIS
Benahavis is a traditional spanish pueblo, famed for its restaurants. Riverside is a new residential urbanizacion, located by the River Guadalmina, in the village.
It's easy to walk around the village from the apartment, just be aware that Benahavis is very hilly! For trips further afield and down to the coast, a car is strongly recommended
